You can reach Terrabalpha by phone, email, or in person at our Kenyatta Avenue office. Phone lines are open during business hours; emails are answered the same day if received before 16:00. Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Saturday — no appointment needed to ask a question or drop off an item. If your enquiry is urgent, a call is always the fastest route. For product sourcing requests where you have a spec sheet or a photo, email works well — attach it and we'll come back with a sourcing estimate. For recurring or complex arrangements, we usually suggest a short in-person meeting at the office so we can map out the scope together.
